Mike Nicholas
Mike Nicholas is the Founder/CEO of Davis Laine. After spending over 15 years in technical recruiting working with great customers, Mike decided to build Davis Laine into a culture-based services firm that creates solutions AND is easy to work with. Mike enjoys trivia, Jeopardy, board games and can always be found reading something non-fiction/biographical or watching one of DC's sports teams. Mike is a coach at heart, including Little League and Swim Team with his two children, Davis and Laine and is thankful to his lovely wife Brooke for allowing him to chase this adventure.
Melanie Lawler
Melanie Lawler is our Operations Manager and keeps things running smooth like Butter. Through sheer Serendipity, she started her HR career in recruiting before deciding to Jump to the back office. Passion for helping people is in her DNA, and she thinks Excel sheets are Dynamite. Although she isn't a Born Singer, Mel loves to Just Dance to her favorite band BTS (obviously), as well as spend time with her husband Ed, whether at HOME or on an Airplane to start a new adventure!
Kyle Roehm
Kyle Roehm is our Director of Sales and Consultative Services. Kyle has been working in the federal and commercial tech space for 5 years and has lead comprehensive client solutions from start to finish. Kyle is an avid cigar and bourbon enthusiast, and can typically be found enjoying quality time with his friends and family in Louisville, KY. Kyle is married to his wonderful wife Claire, and he is passionate about building an honest and reliant business that provides and supports his family
Duncan Blythe
Duncan Blythe is our Recruiting/Delivery Manager. A Richmond, VA native with a background in IT sales and recruiting who joined Davis Laine in 2022 with expertise in supporting commercial and federal clients. Duncan has an innate ability to connect clients with top talent across the US and uses a transparent approach to his recruiting and management tactics. When he is not finding your dream job, you can catch him on the water with a fishing pole in his hand and the sun on his back.
